1. Agreement to Terms

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality (including the "Food Weighing Calculator"), software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, cartoons, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

• Your License: You are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

• Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Content (including our e-books, P.L.A.Y. Scorecards, or logic frameworks) in any way without our express written permission.

When you download or purchase digital products from our Store (including free pintable's, e-books, and templates):

• Personal Use Only: You are purchasing (or downloading) a license to use the product for your own personal pet care. You generally do not own the copyright to the product.

• No Redistribution: You are strictly prohibited from sharing the file, emailing it to others, or uploading it to file-sharing websites. If you wish to share a resource, please direct others to the specific product page on petzlogic.com.

• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information (specifically your email address) for all purchases made at our store, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

The Site provides information on pet care, behavior, and nutrition. You acknowledge that:

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of British Columbia, Canada. You irrevocably consent that the courts of British Columbia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
