By placing an order, downloading a free resource, or purchasing a digital product from the Petz Logic Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply specifically to the transaction and delivery of digital goods.

2. Digital Product Usage License

When you purchase or download a digital asset (such as the P.L.A.Y. Scorecard, E-books, or templates):

  • Personal Use Only: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal pet care.

  • Copyright Protection: Petz Logic retains all ownership and intellectual property rights. You may not claim the work as your own.

  • Prohibited Actions: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, emailing, or uploading our digital files to any public website or file-sharing platform.

3. Payments & Billing

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

  • Secure Processing: We use secure third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). Petz Logic does not store or access your full credit card number.

  • Taxes: As a business operating in British Columbia, applicable GST/PST will be calculated at checkout based on your billing location.

4. Delivery

  • Instant Access: Products are delivered via email immediately upon order confirmation.

  • Download Responsibility: Please save your files immediately. We are not responsible for files lost by the user after successful delivery.
