STORE REFUND POLICY

1. Digital Products (Final Sale)
Due to the immediate, intangible nature of digital content, all sales of digital products (including e-books, printable's, P.L.A.Y. Scorecards, and templates) are final and non-refundable. Once a file has been purchased and the download link has been generated, it is considered "consumed," and we cannot accept a return.
2. Exceptions
We may offer a refund or exchange at our sole discretion only under the following specific circumstances:
Technical Error: If the file is corrupted or you are unable to download it due to a technical error on our end, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same digital product twice.
3. How to Request Support
If you have trouble accessing your download, please contact us immediately so we can fix it for you.
